WSU Neurosurgeons at MSMS Foundation Annual Scientific Meeting

On October 22nd, 2010, three of our neurosurgeons will be conducting courses and making presentations at the Annual Scientific Meeting of the Michigan State Medical Society in Troy, Michigan.

Both Hazem Eltahawy and Sandra Narayanan will be directing courses at the event. Dr. Eltahawy is leading a course titled Advances in Management of Degenerative Spine Disease Using Evidence-Based Practice, in which he will also be giving a talk titled Degenerative Disc Disease: To Fuse or Not to Fuse.

Dr. Narayanan's course and talk are titled Updates in Ischemic and Hemorrhagic Cerebrovascular Disease.

Additionally, department chairman, Murali Guthikonda, will also be giving a talk titled Surgical Management of Hemorrhagic Stroke.
