Originally from Parsippany, NJ, Dr. Shah attended Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ where he double majored in Molecular Biology & Biochemistry and Psychology. He graduated in 2011 with a B.A. degree. He attended Rutgers New Jersey Medical School in 2012 and graduated with an M.D. He began his neurological surgery residency at Wayne State University/Detroit Medical Center in 2016.
