Erick Garcia went to college at University of Puerto Rico, with a major in Chemistry where he was a member of the American Chemical Society. He worked as a pharmaceutical and research and development chemist before going to medical school. He then earned his MD in Puerto Rico at the top of his class.
He is currently a resident in Neurosurgery at the Wayne State University School of Medicine and the Detroit Medical Center. In his spare time, Erick enjoys being a helicopter student pilot as well as well as listening to music.
