Grand Rounds didactic conferences are held every Wednesday in the conference room of Harper Professional Office Building Suite 930. The teaching conferences include anatomy review, clinical specialties lectures, basic science lectures, M&M, resident reading conference, CPC, neuropathology, endovascular radiology, case presentation, and general competencies lectures.

Other conferences, such as brain cutting, tumor board, neurology grand rounds, journal club, epilepsy and neurotrauma, are held in various locations throughout the medical center. Microsurgical skills lab and motor skills labs are held quarterly in the school of medicine.
